Here at Ahimsa my signature session very much focuses on sound healing therapy but is also made up of a blend of Reiki, EFT (tapping), Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Positive Psychology, Reiki and more. I work intuitively so will always go with whatever blend of therapies I feel will best serve you on the day.
