Some of us prefer the smaller, more personal approach, something to experience with a friend or partner perhaps. So our ‘One Hour Signature Sound Healing Session’ is an ideal way to switch off, relax and experience deep relaxation and well being together.
Here at Ahimsa my signature session very much focuses on sound healing therapy but is also made up of a blend of Reiki, EFT (tapping), Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Positive Psychology, Reiki and more. I work intuitively so will always go with whatever blend of therapies I feel will best serve you on the day.
