Come along to this commUNITY Sound Bath and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
How often do you allow yourself to just be, just hit the pause button and drift away? One whole hour of pure relaxation – nothing to do only let the sounds bathe you into a restful and restorative state.
We all need more time to nourish ourselves so join me in the welcoming space that is Luttrellstown Community Centre, Dublin 15 (only minutes from Blanch Shopping Centre).
