Hello & Welcome! I am excited to be bringing this class to The Brew!
Each Wednesday (for 4 weeks) we will be taking an hour out of our busy lives to just be. I will guide you through various peaceful practices enabling you to switch off and enjoy some well deserved deep relaxation. These will include;

♡ Mindfulness & Meditation
♡ EFT (tapping)
♡ Indian Head Massage
♡ Plus More
There will also be an opportunity to share & support – if & when this feels right for you – each other in the hope we can help raise each other up and in turn, raise ourselves up. Sharing is caring and kindness is contagious!
There is absolutely nothing expected of you other than to RELAX.
