How does experiencing deep relaxation, healing and well being with friends, family or even colleagues sound? Your own space to unwind, have fun and just be? Birthdays, Hens and Stags, Corporate Team Building Days, Celebrations or just because you want to? Whatever the reason, these personalised and custom designed workshops can be brought to you and tailored with your own seamless blend of ancient eastern traditions such Reiki, Sound Healing, Mindfulness and Meditation, Indian Head Massage, IET, Magnified Healing and other peaceful practices.

We work with a range of beautiful venues and healing spaces to host your personal workshop but if you prefer alternative venues we are more than happy to source one for you. Likewise, if you have somewhere in mind just let us know and we will take care of the rest!

As everyone has different ideas of their perfect time out, prices vary depending on venues, length of workshops and requirements so please feel free to contact us for a chat or email beth@ahimsa.ie After that, all you have to do is turn up and chill out!

2hrs of Sound Healing and Meditation

Enjoy some time with your own group of friends and family to experience deep relaxation as you soak up the healing sounds and energies of the Tibetan singing bowls. This is a really lovely way to spend some time together as you cosy up and unwind for 2 whole hours.

Absolutely nothing is expected of you except to relax and just be. Quality time with people you care about deepens this experience and allows you all to enjoy your own unique kind of workshop (plenty of room for laughter too!).

€25pp person includes materials to take home with you, a €15 voucher off a private sound healing session and refreshments.

Minimum of 4 people ~ Max of 8.

These private sessions can be held evenings or weekends in my cosy and welcoming healing space at home in Castleknock.

Sound Healing Meditation Hour

Join me for an hour of deep relaxation as you are bathed in the beautiful healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls.

All you need is to bring is yourself and an open heart as all mats, cushions, blankets and refreshments are provided for you.

All welcome but please note booking is essential as places are kept to a minimum to enhance your experience.

Thursday 6th April ~ 7.30pm – 8.45pm ~ in my healing space at home in Castleknock ~ €15.

Two Hour Holistic Bliss For Two…

Some of us prefer the smaller, more personal approach, something to experience with a partner or friend perhaps; With this 5 in 1 you both get to switch off and experience deep relaxation and well being for 2 whole hours as we both work on you simultaneously delivering a seamless blend of Reiki, Sound Healing, Indian Head Massage, Mindfulness and Meditation before wrapping up with some gentle guidance from the angel cards.

These 2hr sessions can be held in either of our healing spaces in Ratoath or Castleknock, €75 pp (€95 if you would prefer to experience our signature treatment alone, 1hr 30mins)

Alternatively, they can be held in various holistic venues or the comfort of your own home, €95pp.
