Enjoy some time with your own group of friends and family to experience deep relaxation as you soak up the healing sounds and energies of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. This is a really lovely way to spend some time together as you cosy up and unwind for 2 whole hours.

Absolutely nothing is expected of you except to relax and just be. Quality time with people you care about deepens this experience and allows you all to enjoy your own unique kind of workshop (plenty of room for laughter too!).

€25pp includes €15 gift voucher off a private sound healing session and refreshments.

These private sessions can be held evenings or weekends in my cosy and welcoming space at home in Castleknock.
