Come along & discover the healing power of sound! With this FREE 1hr introduction to sound healing, you will get to experience deep relaxation, healing and well being.

No experience is necessary and absolutely everyone is welcome to come along and find out more about how the healing sounds and energies of the Tibetan singing bowls can benefit you.

All you need to bring is an open heart, a mat and whatever makes you comfortable (cushion, blankets or pillows etc) as you will be lying down so comfort is key as you relax and soak up the powerful healing vibrations.
